The Santoprene™ TPV Design Team is capable of performing finite element analysis (FEA) and mold filling analysis to predict part behavior and flow behavior during the designing stages. Using concurrent steps of engineering allows us to better service our customers. We are constantly updating our hardware and software to keep up with the new technology and file formats.
Design Team Mission
- To aid with TPV part design concepts early in the product development process.
- To determine which of our materials best fits the application according to performance and economic requirements.
- To provide a source of engineering analysis to customers to aid in design decisions.
- To help optimize the part design to achieve full potential of TPV material characteristics.
- To employ computer-aided engineering tools for part performance and fabrication when necessary.
