ETO Sterilization

A customer sent an email inquiry looking for a hard elastomer that can be ETO sterilized and is radio opaque. I responded that Santoprene™ TPV can be ETO sterilized, but is not radio opaque. It may be possible to work with a color house or a compounding company to have filler added for radio opaqueness. I also attached technical data for our medical grade materials and recommended suppliers of compounds and color houses that may be able to compound a custom material for this application.
